Managing Associate

Renuka is a dual-licensed attorney (US and India), registered with the Indian Bar since 2014 and New York Bar since 2016. With an experience of several years, she has advised clients on both US and Indian IP laws. Her current practice focuses on trade mark, copyright and design prosecution, infringement, opposition and cancellation, advisory, brand enforcement and licensing.  She also advises clients on effective anti-counterfeiting measures, worldwide branding and brand expansion strategies. The clients she assists with are some of the biggest names in the FMCG, agro-chemical, telecommunications, fashion, information technology, pharmaceutical, alcoholic beverages and cosmetics industries. Renuka is highly focused and deeply committed to ensuring the best results for her clients.   

She graduated from National Law University, Delhi with her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) and then secured her LL.M. (IP) from The George Washington University Law School, where she was also a Thomas Buergenthal Scholar. In her free time, she can be found either at the movies, the gym or singing along to her favourite songs while experimenting with cooking.
