Key Responsibilities & Qualifications (but not limited to):To work on technical matters related to Patent Law.
B.Tech/M.Tech in Telecommunication/Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics
Candidates registered as Patent Agent are preferred. LLB degree is an additional advantage
Candidates should be well versed in drafting and prosecution of patent applications
Candidate should be well versed with search databases like Orbit and other patent search tools.
Good knowledge of working on technologies 3GPP standards/Computer Graphics/VLSI
Good communication and analytical skills
Candidates with experience in handling claim chart preparation.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience will be preferred.
